Ruaka's apartment blocks are new, and many flats are let soon after construction ends, with fine building dust still settling. Tenancies also turn over regularly, so most of our work here is move-in and move-out cleans, plus sofas and mattresses.
Bedsitters and one- to three-bedroom flats are cleaned room by room: dust removed from ledges, fittings and window frames, tiled floors mopped, the kitchen degreased and the bathroom disinfected.
Building dust settles on new sofas and mattresses as well as floors, so they are often cleaned in the same visit.
Sofa sets in compact living rooms take heavy use, and mattresses change hands with tenants, which is why both are common requests here.
Tell us the building, your floor and whether there is a lift. Older walk-ups are no problem; we allow time for the stairs.
A mattress takes about 45 minutes and a five-seater sofa about an hour and a half, so most flats are finished well within a day.
Ruaka is outside Nairobi County, so if a transport fee applies we tell you when quoting. Payment is by M-Pesa Till after you inspect the work.
